As long as you have adequate evidence to show that you have been in a durable relationship for 2+ years (having a child together helps!) - it should be fine. Hello, my partner is practicing his treaty rights and has been working and living in the UK for 25 years. Does that mean he qualifies for permanent residence and will automatically qualify our child as a British citizen?

Child born to a EEA national in the UK

Hello, I am a Jamaican national and my partner is from Slovakia. We have a son. Would my child be considered a British citizen and how would I go about applying for his passport. Another question is what documents would I need to provide?
