Re: application help

If you withdraw yourself as the sponsor, she would find out when she receives the decision letter as it would likely state 'your husband doesn't want to sponsor your application so no visa' Just be honest with her. However if you failed to meet the requirement .. Like HO called your work place (whic...

Re: urgent advice required - spouse visa, wrong fee paid, can cancel/refund

You can cancel the application and get refund without incurring charges since the process hasn't started but it will take 6 weeks to process the refund. Tls contact website offered added value service where you could purchase the priority service .. Not sure if that is still the case.

Wished I could find out what is happening right now though as know she will be olanni g something just wished I knew of someone who could find Intel on her status here in UK home office. Re: Spouse Visa - Photo

If your talking about the passport photos, they won't use it as your wife will have her passport photo taken when her biometrics are done. If the photos are of you guys together then I'd put the back of them the date taken and the place.

Many thanks for your response. May I ask when your wife applied for her spouse visa? Did she apply through Standard service? I am going to use priority service and I hope it makes the whole process faster. We submitted the online application on 11/11/18 and she had her biometrics done on 20/11/18 a...
