I got a rubbish reply yesterday and then found the approval letter later in the evening.

At least they were right that they did post it a couple of days ago....

Waiting is painful. I do not know how some manage to wait for 6 months, there are a couple of people who are waiting for years. I applied in mid-September. still nothing. I think my caseworker went on a long holiday next day after picking up my case. nothing we can do .. and email replies are bulls...
