Right of Abode (COE) from outside UK

Dear members, I am planning to apply for the ROA/COE for my son, who was born in India. He has British citizenship through descent (I acquired British citizenship in 2016, my wife is on ILR). If anyone applied and acquired ROA/COE recently can you please share your timelines? Also, I'd appreciate if...

Re: CoE/Right of Abode for my Son born in India

Hi Sam,

Did you manage to get the COE/ROA? What were the timelines?
Also, did you attach TB certificate with the application as it is showing as a mandatory requirement.

Thanks

Re: Certificate of Entitlement to the Right of Abode

Apologies if this question has been asked before. If one is to apply for the COE/ROA on behalf of their newborn then how to address the questions in the online form such as provide address for the last 2 years etc? Specially if the baby is born in a different country and that's where the applicatio...

Re: ILR PSC appt - Form query (Set O)

If you are going for PSC appointment, stick to the paper form. You should be fine Many thanks Zimba. Yes, going to the PSC appointment. So, would it be ok if we leave the online application we started out of panic (but not submitted) as is and go with the paper based Set (O) form 07/18 version (lat...

Thanks. I booked last week (09 Nov). Did you use paper form when you went for your appt last week? Also, was it for PBS dependent ILR?

ILR PSC appt - Form query (Set O)

Dear Members, I called the home office today to inquire about the online vs paper based application form for our ILR appointment next week (20 Nov) and their response confused me even more. Their response was that since the appt was made after the 01 Nov (when the rules have changed) it will be upto...

Re: Other country details: Set (o) PBS dep ILR

Thank you - but because the question says no time limitation of stay, does it also include holidays? I am just thinking if ALL travel is to be stated then there will be a lot of instances where she did travel for a day or two in her 30+ years and I am not even sure if we will have the evidence or re...
