Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

lol "f_a_k_e" is automatically corrected to "a bad quality". Congratulations! Excellent news. I believe my hypothesis on the maximum 8 weeks check time still holds. The UKVI Helpdesk is a bad quality. The super priority service is a lie. I can finally share an update and good news from my en...

Congratulations! Excellent news. I believe my hypothesis on the maximum 8 weeks check time still holds. The UKVI Helpdesk is a bad quality. The super priority service is a lie. I can finally share an update and good news from my end! I got my approval letter and BRP card; both in the mail yesterday....

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I'm sure you will get it! If not, PM me, I am writing to the foreign minister regarding the UKVI black hole this week.

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

That check is mostly personal background check. I've not heard anyone's employer being approached by UKVI for visa checks. Write to MP may give you some detailed information regarding the progress that you cannot get yourself. But if you are not hurry, you will get it anyway (I believe) at the most ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Copy of current BRP is needed. Old one is not needed. As for the visa pages on your passport, UKVI doesn't need them, but the appointment centre thinks they need them. So if you didn't upload, they will scan those for you anyway tomorrow. Hello guys, as many of you will know me and my family are on ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

initial information from UKVI MPs team #1 confirmed my visa is indeed in super priority service but requires further checking 5 days later: #2 confirmed my visa is awaiting for checking results Then MP's caseworker forwarded my message to UKVI MPs team "whatever checks they are doing, that should be...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Hi Folks, I finally received the decision email yesterday. Time scale: 27 Nov online application, SET(O), 28 Nov biometric enrolment. I am really NOT delighted at this moment thinking about how much effort I had to put, how unhappy I was while waiting and following this case, and how many people are...

Re: Should I apply for PBS dependent extension or FLR(M)?

Hi CR001, Does this conclusion still apply ? I noticed this was on 2015, so I was wondering if there are any changes on this policy until 2019. I am waiting for a decision on ILR SET(O). My family's PBS dependent visa (~4years) is expiring at the same time of when my current tier2 general work visa ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Both would work. complaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk is expiring ~ May 2019. Government emails are gradually removing the redundant "gsi". You can forward your complaint to the gsi address to be safe. I sent the complain email last week but by mistake I sent it to complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk (border f...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Hi mate, We are on the same timeline since 28 Nov. I am sure your local MP would reply to you, the slower they are, the more power they have (hopefully). BTW, you need to mention your address when writing to them. Yeah, by the end of Dec, now by the end of Jan, maybe by the end of Feb - UKVI is a re...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Looks like your local MP has more power as I still have not been able to get through the home office firewall to reach anyone at the casework team. I have contacts of my local MP's case workers so I can talk to them directly. They are very helpful but the only thing they can do is to call the "UKVI'...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Hi mate, When did you enrolled your biometrics? I haven't got any luck to get through the casework team and actually have a reply from a real caseworker. All replies I got so far are from robotics saying the same thing. What have you done to get your caseworker emailed you directly? It is almost 2 m...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Congratulations mate!! I hope in the next 4 days I could receive mine, as I was on 28 Nov - 4 days later than your appointment ;) Anyway, great news to all of us waiting since Nov.!! Keep talking to us here so we don't get more and more lonely :/// Passport should be 1 year after. Best wishes! Shake...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Never got this kind of email. It looks like a different version of the generic email replies but what is the format of the sender's email? If it is firstname.lastname@xxx then it could be a caseworker which is good news. If not, then another useless generic reply. hello All just got this reply from ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

@docshami and @madihaali_304 I guess the only thing we can do now is to wait for our MP chasing our case. At least we should be able to get a letter directly from the caseworker saying some "complex case" thing. Then we can just ask what kind of complexity/additional check requires him/her more than...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I'm in. Even I get my ILR this week I still won't be happy, I have to sue them to make myself happier. Plus I wasn't able to travel in Christmas as well. I am also due to travel for work in Feb. All screwed because HO doesn't do their job. £3000 is one person month salary to just look on my document...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I thought I am the only one that is still waiting since 28 Nov. I am also on SET O 5 year T2 to ILR route. Your delay is even longer than mine. I am also waiting for some results from MP's help done last week. Shake hands :))) It has been a month now of submitting application at Sopra center with su...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Congratulations many of you! Looks like the writing complaint does work out well @badhodor Still nothing since 28 November for myself... Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Congratulations @badhodor !! Thanks for sharing your story! Very encouraging though my Biometric is 3 days earlier than you and still waiting at the moment. Looks like they are not clearing the jam in an order again? Could you also share your complaint letter sent to HO? Looks like the written lette...
