Hi

He made further application according to their instructions and now received leave to enter for 32 months rather than indefinite leave to remain.

Could you please advise what to do as ADR(adult dependent relative) rules specify that the person meet the rules or appeal allowed should be given ILR.

Dear Sirs I sponsored my Brother-in law to bring him in UK under ADR(Adult Dependent Relative). His application was refused but appeal is allowed by the Upper Tribunal. Now Home Office is asking to make another fresh application as formalities and ask to submit another bio-metric to allow his ...
