Hi.i applied T1 ent,refused,AR applied and successful.
Its been 1 month after successful AR,no visa or news from HO yet.
I have already complete 10 years,should i wait or vary my application from T1 to ILR LR?

If i get negative AR on 8th December,16 days before i am reaching 10 years.what will be my options than?

We thought they will consider our application after 2014 rules..but they write in refusal my "application comes under pre April 2014 rules to combine hours together to make it minimum 3120"
In AR we adress the refusal according to pre 14 rules and it seems ok for me but not sure..

Basically 2 employees,1st,work 8 month full time and 6 month part time.the 2nd one work 7 month part time and 11 month full time.3rd work 4 months full time.only full time mention in job table and part time mention in covering letter only..
2nd and 3rd workers are still working.

Yes pay slip and RTI been sent with the application..

Yes it is for job creation refusal..they mention i have less than 3120 hours..they did not mention about 2 full time jobs etc..in admin review and our calculation we are above 3120 hours,its 3800 hours according to our calculations..sory forget to mention i have one more worker who work 7 month part...

Hope they consider my part time aswell..really worried..just looking for exact info about 1 part time employee..

I read too many post here,where people like zimba and obie say,before 2014 rules,it cab be a combination of part time and full time to make 24 month job and 3120 hours which is required..so HO will count all the hours like 6 month part time,they will consider it 3 month full time.don't need to show ...
