Since the endorsement is for your professional or academic excellence, the reference letters should come from professional contacts, shouldn't it ?

Re: exceptional promise

No update yet. Waiting... I believe we need to account for few days for HO as well post 18/25 days by Technation. As 18/25 days is TN time and overall time as per Guidance is 8 weeks !

If it is considered in fast track, i should know in this week. Else by next Friday.

Re: Interested in Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa

I would suggest that you read the requirements on Technation guidance and the detailed visa guidance to assess what is required and whether you will be able to arrange for the same. https://technation.io/visa/ https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data...

Re: Immigration Advisor before submitting for Stage 1

While the application can be done without an advisor, my personal experience has been that an advisor helps in making the documents more focussed and specific and ensure that all required components as per the visa guidance are addressed

Re: ILR for Dependents in Tier 1 Enterpreneur visa

So what happens in this scenario :- 1. I come in 2019, complete 5 years in 2024 and get ILR 2. My dependents don't spent 180 days in 2019, but start spending > 180 days from 2020 onwards. So in 2024, they are not eligible for ILR and the 5 years 4 months visa period also gets over. So they get any o...
