Re: Proof of residency for BC (EEA National)

First - thanks for replying. I have a P60, but it is the same story: electronic format. I do have a tax code notice from HMRC from when I started with this employer (the employer name appears on the TCN) so it is at least one document I can use (falls other 'other government documents'). From that o...

Proof of residency for BC (EEA National)

Hi, As an EEA national I have to prove residency in the last 5 years (as my passport is not stamped). I have payslips for the entire period - however I am not sure if I have to stamp those. I'll explain: One of my employers, which I have no contact with them, used ADP for the payslips. The payslip i...

MN1 UKVACS Meeting - Do Both Parents Need to Attend?

Hello,

A quick question - I need to book a meeting for my son's registration (MN1, UK born, both parents now hold ILR). Scheduling is a bit of a challenge.

I am trying to understand if both parents must attend the meeting or just the responsible adult (the child is under 16) is enough?

Many thanks

Is a parent a representstive or the applicant?

Hey, Maybe I am over thinking that but I am about to submit an online form (MN1) for my 5 years old. Last question on the form (I am rephrasing for simplicity): I confirm that I am: [ ] The applicant [ ] A representative of the applicant ... So he is a 5 years old child - obviously I filled to form ...

MN1 Form with EU Settled Status

Hi, We are now filling up the MN1 form the register my UK born son as a British Citizen. This is after we have granted the new EU Settled Status. My question - and I have already phoned the Home Office but couldn't get a response - which evidence should I provide in order to prove our Settled Status...

Re: Settled status processing times

Should I chase them already? Not at all. it's still very early. Give them a week and if you still hear nothing, then call them. Thanks. I'll hold my breath ... BTW an input for the forum: when I applied yesterday I had no option to 'link' the family members applications to myself (the EEA national)...

Re: Settled status processing times

hi We applied yesterday - 5 of us: EEA National, and 4 Family members We all hold either DCPR or PR Cards. Within the span of 3 hours four of us got settled status confirmed. However for one of the kids no response at all. Application submitted, we got the COA and nothing since. This probably means ...

Re: Deemed date of Permanent Residency

Hi mamalicious187 ,

I just ended on the same situation - the approval letter contains no date (just a placeholder for it). I wanted to ask if/how did you solve that?

Many thanks!

EEA (PR) - A Few Questions

Hey all, I am about to submit EEA(PR) online form for me (EEA) and my non-EEA family members. I have a few questions I am not sure about. Any help would be appreciated: Supporting documents for my wife, can we use any of: DVLA Tax notice (vehicle registered on her name), National insurance allocatio...
