Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Looks like your local MP has more power as I still have not been able to get through the home office firewall to reach anyone at the casework team. I have contacts of my local MP's case workers so I can talk to them directly. They are very helpful but the only thing they can do is to call the "UKVI...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Update: received a reply from the complaint team today, which is the 20th working day. The person who replied admitted the system fault creating "some" delays (some meaning most of the applications?!) See below. It seems the Home Office actually do have to respond a complaint within the 20 working d...

After 3 escaletion and contact MP, I received an email from a lady UKVI on my case yesterday, in the email she attached a letter apologising for the delay, and says my application raises 'exceptionally complex issues'. Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

this is insane that there are people getting responses in 12-36 hours, yet there are MANY of us now waiting 3-4 weeks - have all of ours slipped down the back of a radiator? I just don't understand how the Home Office can make a mockery of people like this and it is just so unfair that people who m...
