Tier 1 (ENT) ILR job requirement changes

Hi, My 5 year period for ILR would be completed in AUG 2020. But due to Covid-19 I had to furlough my employees. I have recently learned that the requirement for the two people employed for 12 consecutive months has recently been updated. As it is stated that The 12 month period you are required to ...

Re: tier 1 child born in the UK

Hi CR001, So I was filling this form from outside the UK for my child born in the UK. It asks have you ever been to the UK, I answered yes. Next question it asks is why were you in the UK, I chose other and wrote was born in the UK and entered the time he was there before we travelled. It then takes...

Re: tier 1 child born in the UK

Thanks for your reply.

Its just the term ` in and out of UK` that they have used worrying me. If I apply after travelling they might refuse saying that why did I travel `out` with the child when it was clearly mentioned that I have to apply before travelling.

tier 1 child born in the UK

Hi Gurus, I had the plan to travel abroad with my child who was born 2 months ago, who has my country`s passport, and then apply for his dependent visa from there. I just checked https://www.gov.uk/tier-1-entrepreneur/family-members and found out that ` If you have children while you’re in the UK, y...

Re: tier 1 (ent) dependant visa outside UK

Yes.
Thanks for your swift reply.

I remember you created `In-country Tier 1 Entrepreneur DEPENDENT TIMELINE ONLY`. This seemed very helpful but people are not posting anything in that thread. I was thinking if you`d make one thread for timeline for dependants applying from outside.?

cheers.

I wanted to know if we just get the passport for my country, travel there, and apply for my kids visa from there? BTW I h...

Re: Job creation guidance

If you get the extension after 13 months, you would not have completed 5 years unless you had another extension before. But yes, if your extension is approved after 20 months or so, you can potentially apply for ILR immediately if you have maintained two jobs Thank you for the clarification. What i...

Re: Job creation guidance

Hi all, I was reading the policy guidance of T1 Entrepreneur and I`m a bit confused. Re: ILR (LR) absences

Probably not. You should be within the 540 days limit Thanks for your reply. When does the clock reset for the person to be in the 540 days? Let say a person came in SEP 2010 and by 2019 has exceeded thier 540 days. By Sep 2020 they would had been eligible to apply but due to the 540 day rule they ...

ILR (LR) absences

Hi guys I`m a bit confused with the guidance I have received from solicitors and barrister. I just have one questions. If a person has 554 days of absences in the 10 years, ie 14 days more than the allowed 540 days, is he/she still able to apply after 10 years? As advice given is that 14 days is not...
