Following email ILR corfimation I got letter via royal mail of saying new BRP will be received in 7 days and old BRP no more valid need to return to the address.

I received a call from an unknown number today. The person on the phone said the call is with regards to my ILR application and asked couple of details for verification. The UKVI service is just pathetic. Today I contacted reminding them I did not receive the phone call as was told on my last contact two weeks ago, on which they told I have been sent email before ( I said its generic, nothing specific to my application) and they further said nothing more can be done...

I have emailed my MP who have possibly reached out to HO, as I got a mail from UKVI stating they apologise for the delay and they are working to clear all decisions made in transition by this month.

My understanding is if delay in decision comes under this.... "If there is a problem with your application or if it is complex, we will write to explain why it will not be decided within the normal standard" then there is nothing received in writing from HO. UKVI replied to my email clarifying they want to process all applications soonest and if decision is pending due to not of customer fault then super priority service fee will be refunded. Anybody got similar response for the delay? This helps to know at least £600 fee can be refundable. :(

After reading what others experienced, and HO documents I am sure super priority service is not same as old premium service where decision was given same day. Its just a standard service with option for them to consider which application is priority case to case basis.
