I've done my online application today. At the top of the form I printed off it says to send the application form to the FBR section in Dublin. I thought I would have to send it to the London embassy as I live in the UK. Is that normal?

Just starting my application. Applying through my grandad being born in Ireland. The Irish website says I need to have a copy of my parent and my own passport photo page certified/ notarized.
