Hi, I got my ILR last year through the same day application. I was granted the ILR the same day as application however the ILR Card came in the post in a week's time. So in the question "Date your leave was granted?" should i mention the ILR issue date (as per the ILR Residency Card) or the date my ...

Help - Have you made any previous immigration application in the UK or abroad

Hi,

I came to UK on tier 2 Work visa for 3 years and got it extended by another 2 years and then I got my ILR last year. For the question "Have you made any previous immigration application in the UK or abroad" my tier 2 visa applications and ILR applications will they count?

Hi Cyclina,

I was not charged. I gave my interview and was released. They said they will contact if they need more information. So far they have not contacted me. It has been 9 months since the incident.
