Re: no Acknowledgment email or no update after biometric

Hi all

Is there anyone applying for Tier 2 visa, not extension, but not receiving any acknowledgement email from UKVI? I have attended the biometric appointment a week ago and not yet received any acknowledgement email so far.

Re: Offer from one of the Big4

Hi, I have obtained/changed Tier 2 visas 3 times as an audit grad/senior with 2 practices so far, the last one was just 6 months ago with no issue. Big 4 are very professional about this, they have their own legal firm for this kind of thing, or in some cases partner with a specialist. So if they s...

Re: Offer from one of the Big4

Why do you believe your situation is unique?? It is not. They cannot apply to HO for a RCoS before January as they have to apply in time to be included in the monthly allocation meeting which takes place on the 11th or 12 each month. There is no special process for a 'big 4' company. They have to f...

Re: Offer from one of the Big4

My position is a less senior level and I am currently not in the uk. I am still waiting for interview invitation. Although the company can sponsor visa, I am not very sure if they would consider me with other local candidates equally. Do you have any tips for my case? Thank you. In your case, as lo...

Re: Offer from one of the Big4

Hi kchk, may I ask the visa you need to apply is Restricted Cos or unrestricted cos? Is the company willing to offer the job and sponsor Restricted cos for you? I am in the similar situation like you so hope to know more about it. Thank you. Thanks for replying. I need to apply Restriced COS and th...

Offer from one of the Big4

Dear all I am fortunate enough to get an offer from one of the Big4 firm in London. However due to the late start date of the employment, they can only initiate the visa process in jan 2019. Because my position (audit senior associate) is not in shortage list and I believe that the position opening ...
