So this is common for them not to even respond to say they have it?

We have tracking with postahe but its limited due to it going to a PO box.

Hi we posted our application and paperwork on the 1st December after applying online on the same day and payment has been taken.

We still have not heard after 3 week, not even an acknowledgement letter that they have our documents.

Should I be worried?
