just one further question guys

Please explain why the decision to refuse your human rights claim is unlawful under section 6 of the Human Rights Act 1998. You should specify which article of the Human Rights Act you are appealing under.

thanks casa - i've been through it and highlited the parts that i think we can show they got it wrong.

just from my question earlier, does anybody know if she leaves the country during her appeal if it will be cancelled?

we would look to make an appeal we believe that our circumstances are exceptional, she was out of the country for less than 180 days, maybe we need to go in heavy on that for our appeal. just on a personal note, its crazy that the home office are infact making her choose between her two lives, i can ...
