My question is: I was on tier 2 and now on ILR. That said am I supposed to return old BRPs to HO or I can just keep them? Thanks SidiBou Keep...

Re: MN1 Parents Immigration status

Why did you apply for ILR for the children?? There was no need to. You could have skipped ILR for them and applied for citizenship directly once either parent got ILR. Hi CR001, I knew you would have asked me that question :) You are correct it does not make sense to spend 3K x 2 for ILR when you c...

However, I noticed the online version is not asking me to fill out a table with the children absence for...

Re: Experiences using new UKVCAS for naturalisation/citizenship applications

[/quote] Yes I agree with you, it is not very convenient..hopefully they will improve this or set up something similar to passport online application where you only provide the referee email, so he can receive all instruction and fill in everything online.. For referees, try ask your health visitor....

Working with tight timelines (literally a day or 2) as I'm between jobs so extremely stressed How are you qualifying for ILR if you are not working for your Tier 2 sponsor (if that is what you mean by 'between jobs')? As far as I’m concerned I’m still waiting since the 17th of December  but I’m trying to stay optimistic. I will keep you posted and hoping from all t...
