The only thing is my wife did not receive the document from home office yet other than a reply to my email 2 w...

But my thoughts for my case was submit more just to be on the safe side. Yes, we have soft copies, but will those copies be ...

Re: Register child has British citizenship MN1 - Referee questions

I asked the nursery Manager and had no issue acting as referee for my children. If you are applying online, make sure you scan the referee docs and consent docs along with the rest of required documents. At the appointment I was told referees is an optional documents :o so I am glad I scanned it sin...

Re: Child waiting for MN1 travelling abroad

I am not an expert but this is how I see it; * Parents on ILR with BRZL passport + child with BRZL passport and UK visa * You can All travel to your home country BRZL with no issue * Coming back to the UK, parents are covered by the ILR while child must have a UK status/visa of some sort (ILR or tou...

Re: MN1 Parents Immigration status

Why did you apply for ILR for the children?? There was no need to. You could have skipped ILR for them and applied for citizenship directly once either parent got ILR. Hi CR001, I knew you would have asked me that question :) You are correct it does not make sense to spend 3K x 2 for ILR when you c...
