What is the basis of your application when you were intially granted leave to remain and what was the validity of your visa? is that 30 months leave? Financial requirements are only for people who are on 5 year partner routes. Is your visa granted on 10 year route or 5 year route?? Please clarify so...

If you want to find out about the fee of FLR M then please download the application form when you submit it and you would be able to the see the fee on the last bottom page.

Have you already submited application before you proceed for biometrics through home office's new system?

It looks like they have given you private life visa based on 10 year route to settlement. It doesn't look like they have given you Indefinite leave to remain instead issued 30 months of visa which is renewable. Can you please clarify what does the letter says exactly with the wording so i can offer ...

Are you applying for spouse visa for 2nd extension?
What is your situation so i can advice you accordingly.


When you apply for FLR M form online It does mention that you are applying under FLR M and you need to choose partner then continue with the application.
