Hoping to send application for citizenship away tomorrow but on the very first page, section 1.1 it asks for previous ukba reference number. Would be relating to eea2 residence card or would we leave that blank???

Sorry also, my husband did not start his own business until Nov 2009, he looked after our daughter while I worked nearly full time in my current job. The evidence in section 2.4, do I use my husband HMRC STAMTEMENTS TAX for that evidence. An then place mine in the section 2.5 as the eea national

1 more thing, I seem to have misplaced my first 2 p60's but have the rest and all letter stating that I have worked for the same company since 2008, would that be a problem missing 2 of them

He has passed ESOL in English from accredited college and we have a letter stating hat it has elements of citizenship within it and he lady said that was fine.

Sorry I take that back, just checked his passport and it runs out in April 2014, he reached his 5 yrs residence on the 28th may 2013 from when he entered the uk

Do we need to translate any of our evidence that we will be submitting, as some of it will be Italian documentation etc wage slips, contract, residential evidence from local authority in Italy, not to sure as that is all the evidence we used for ea2 residence card, and can we use NCS without having ...

My husband is self employed and has done his return for 2012-2013 end of Jan 2013 and unfortunately he has not made enough to pay any tax and his self assessment statement of account showed 0 to pay, would this affect his application for BC. I was just looking at the AN application and right down at the bottom where it tells you all the evidence you need to send it says that u need to have the evidence of PR or confirmation of PR or it will really slow the application down ?

Esol British citizen ship

We live in the Scottish borders and my husband has done the ESOL access 3 in english and passed also having certificates to prove it, would that stand for the citizenship and bypass the Life In The UK Test.
Any help would be greatful

So I will start preparing for it now which I don't think will be a problem as I have most of it from applying for the eea2 residence card.
And am I correct in thinking when it passes the 28th may he is clear of all immigration aswell
