For what purpose would you use a solicitor when it's a very simple form to fill out.

Also why would you not fill it out online and pay online..

I had my NDRS/JCAP appointment on the 26th November and had my passport fee deducted on the 20th December. I am expecting the approval letter by the end of this week. If you don't have the money then you cant apply.

Why should you or your daughter get any special treatment while the rest of us have to find a way to get the money and pay.

They can certainly apply. Nobody here can tell you what the result will be. Only way to find out is to apply.

As they previously had a visa and abided by the terms of it they have a good chance of getting it again.

If you are sending her money every month then the ECO will off course see her as dependant on you. If she cannot afford the trip herself, relies on you for everything financial, why would she bother returning to her home country?

She did not convince them of her reasons to return.

It is the date of online application. Yours will most likely be refused as you do not meet the presence requirements.
