28 day rule UK spouse visa

Hi all,

My husband got his last payslip yesterday Jan 31st, to comply with the 28 day rule do I need to have everything finished with my application before February 25th? Please help

The advice I have gotten is to select "yes" and then explain in the section for additional comments that you have gotten a raise,etc. They told me that they only care to see that your salary didn't decrease. Also make sure that your employer explains this in the employee letter.

Hi,

Is a passport sized photo still required for a spouse visa? I read somewhere that they eliminated this from the application on November 2018, but it still on the UK Gov website so I don't know if this is because they haven't updated the website yet or..?

Oh okay, thanks a lot! I thought the land registry is only needed IF the house is already paid off in full. Thanks for the clarification :)

Is this not supposed to be the sponsor letter? I thought this had to be on letterhead from the solicitors. When I applied for my husband I got it from the solicitors on behalf of my parents saying they are happy for my husband to join us. My parents had to sign this then. Can you please clarify? As ...

From what I have seen from lots of research, if you and your sponsor are living with his/her parents all you need is a letter of accommodation from the parents stating that you are allowed to live with them and that there is enough room for you all. Of course, this needs to me accompanied by a ...

Does every single transaction need to be on this statement (ie. what I spend on a day to day basis) or do they only want to see the amount that has been deposited at the end of each month?
