No, not really.

They would have to find a visa they qualify for themselves, such as skilled worker etc

Re: Which applications can you not do super priority with?

Do you know if you can get super priority with the Settlement via Private Life route? The route just opened for applications on Monday so I am not sure. Thanks

Which applications can you not do super priority with?

Which ILR applications do not offer super priority service? Does anyone know if settlement via private life application offers priority?

New private life 5 year route to settlement

Hi all I am completing my application for indefinite leave to remain under the new private life route to settlement on the basis that I am between the age of 18 - 25 and have lived in the UK for more than half my life, as well as having completed at least 5 years qualifying residence. As this is a n...

Re: Priority ILR application June 2022

It is offered on a first come first served basis but the demand is very high. Priority service is a visa processing service offered by UKVI, so it has nothing to do with UKVCAS (UKVCAS only handles the appointments/biometrics). You must choose that level of service online before paying and submitti...

Depends when their visa expires.
Ends mid may.
So you think the one year extension for nhs workers will include even those on tier 4 visas?

Would the recent 1 year extension of NHS workers visa cover students on tier 4 visas? Today Priti Patel said the extension is not just f...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Decision communicated via email on 12/12. Received letter on 14/12. After not receiving BRP I contacted DX who informed me that HO recalled the cards on 17/10... spoke to my caseworker who said this was a mistake and it would be resent. Over two weeks now and still waiting

Re: Technical issue with BRP production

Anyone know why the HO would request for dx to return the BRPs even before delivery was attempted?? What is the problem with ur brp? Was it for delivery? Yes. The caseworker got in touch and explained that apparently another department mistakenly recalled the BRPs. Now they need to be sent back out...

Home office requested for DX to return BRP

We received our home office leave to remain grant letter last Saturday, I’m aware it can take up to 10 working days for the BRPs to be delivered, however when I contacted dx to attempt to track it they said that the home office asked for the BRPs to be returned to them. What is the reason behind thi...

Is it possible to register for citizenship after 18?

I realise that my mum missed the chance to register me for citizenship under the discretion route when I was under 18. I’ve been here since I was 5 and I’m now 20. Currently on long 10 year parent route with myself as her dependent. Is there anything I can do or am I stuck?

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Just booked an appointment for next week. Paid £45 to have document scanned however this only covers one applicant. My application is a parent route one with 1 dependant. Does this mean only one person’s documents will be scanned?
