Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Hi Super Priority crowd. SET(M) application 22 Jan, biometrics 4 Feb, waiting since then ('exceptionally complex' blah blah, MP chasing to no avail, 'extended checks' and 'no timeframe'). Today I got an email saying I and my husband are expected to attend an interview - in Sheffield (we live down so...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Submitted my super-priority Set (O) application on 1/03/2019 as my first tier 2 visa was issued on 27/03/2014. I attended a biometric appointment at Cardiff UKVCAS center on 11/03/2019 at 9:00 am. I was hoping to receive a decision within 24 hours, but this morning at 8:30 received an email that my...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I called the HO helpline again today, on behalf of my wife and they said I escalated on 22nd Feb and now I can only escalate again after 30 working days if I’ve had a response. I told them that I escalated on 15th Feb (also had a response - generic email) and after 5 working days escalated on 22nd ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Escalating delayed super priority application Hi all. Wondering if anyone else dealing with escalating application has tried a Home Office complaint (rather than UKVI contact centre), either during or after the process? I've escalated through UKVI (after 5 business days, on 12 Feb, and now again aft...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Any updates after escalation ? Did they gave any timeline ? Nothing. The agent said it would be passed onto the caseworker and I’ll get a response usually the same day. Got the generic email which I think is what the agent meant. I don’t think it really helps as most of the members of this forum ha...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

'exceptionally complex' response re 24hr deadline? - anyone else get this? ... This is because your application raises exceptionally complex issues and we require further time to consider your case thoroughly and reach a decision. We expect to make a decision on your application as soon as possible...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

So I didn't get the email from the UKVI contact centre - but I haven't contacted the UKVI contact centre, this email just showed up today (at the 24hr mark, so I haven't at any point chased the application/contacted them, yet). It came from UKVISETM@homeoffice.gov.uk and though it has a caseworker n...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

'exceptionally complex' response re 24hr deadline? - anyone else get this? Hi all. I went to Birmingham for my biometrics yesterday (SEWT-M, super priority) and got a rather alarming email today, just at the 24hr mark. I wanted to see if others received the same wording, or if I should be as worrie...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Hi all, I've been reading this thread during my own process and found it really helpful (alternately worrying and reassuring but super informational!). I have 2 questions that others in this process might be able to help with: 1. has anyone had experience with a super priority decision via the Birm...

Re: How to book premium service appointment with the new system UKVCAS

Hi Mateen,

Did you get a response or have any luck with your booking? I'm about to submit my own (SET(M)) and haven't been able to find much info about the new system and how to pay for some sort of premium service (want to get to a family wedding this spring). I hope you had some luck!

Re: Time Spent Outside UK - Set M

Hm, ok, thanks. That would make sense, but the new online Set(M) application uses the following wording: 'time lived in the UK: [8 years, 4 months] Have you been out of the UK since you started living here? [yes]' then 'add absence' and under each 'add absence' it says 'date you left the UK', 'date ...

Re: Time Spent Outside UK - Holiday?

(if there is a thread about this please do point me to the right place, I didn't see another one but happy to move to the right spot!) Also, am assuming I'll have to include my old passport for all this - my current one includes my 5 years here as spouse but because I've been here 8yrs4mos, and it a...

Time Spent Outside UK - Set M

Hi all. I had a similar question but wondered if anyone had more info: when putting in time I've been outside uk (applying for SET(M)), how much info should I be including? I've just been designating holiday or work meeting - as there are several of both. Do I need to put in more info? There are pro...
