Hi yes I got the card today. No I didn't need to do biometric, they just sent a new one and it has "WORK PERMITTED"

You can apply online for nationwide account. Once you apply online they will send you later asking you for ID and proof of adrees.. then take that later and proof of adress and ID with you to the bank so they will open your account.
