yes, i have read that profits from investments can be taken into account as cash savings am i correct? if so do they have to be held for 6 months ?

hi , my carer has recently started working for 3 hours per week earning 22.50. he also gets carers allowance, and 45 income support, full housing benefit also, is their a minimum time he has to be working ? also am i correct he has to show 114 pounds per week as adequate maintenance?

well it says he should have 114 pounds per week, his rent is fully paid. and he gets 62 per week carers allowance, 40 income support, and 35 from employment so thats 137, minus 3 pounds council tax thats 134, should that not meet the requirement ?

my cares gets 62 pounds carers allowance and 40 pounds income support, and he earns 35 pounds a week from his job, he gets full housing benefit and pays 3 pounds a week council tax, is that enough income for him to bring his partner from abroad?

my wife came to uk in 12/12/15 on a spouse visa and in 20 months time will have to apply for flr, she has a a1 language cert, from when she applied is that enough next time round? or does she have to take another qualification? if so how long are they valid for?

my wife was granted spouse visa last december. i would like to know the next step forward

am i correct in saying that when she applies for her flr extension she needs to have a a2 cert and go to a approved test centre for a exam?

also at what level esol will be in requirement for level a2?

there is a lady in pakistan who applied for a spouse visa to come to join her husband but was refused, she has appealed her application. yesterday her husband died from illness.

i would like to know what are her options

we only once got a reply saying application in process

she got a call on last monday calling her to gerrys in mirror for interview, it seems i am the only case on here who has had spouse called in for interview
