Re: Spouse Visa Extension

Thank you Picard.
That's exactly what it is. Rolling one month but there's no recent tenancy document.

In document checklist it states you need to provide

"Letter signed by the owner of the property you live in stating that you have permission to live there."

Re: Spouse Visa Extension

Thank you so much CR001 for quick reply.
This comment has made our day.
We assume that expired tenancy agreement would also not be an issue then.
Thank you again.

Anyone else, please comment if you have any advice.

Spouse Visa Extension

Hi everyone, A family member is applying for extension visa. All the requirements are met except.... They live in a rented property for more than 2 years. Just after the COVID started, the landlord asked them to leave the property and they couldn't get a new one quick enough. The law was passed wher...

Re: Spouse visa rejected, provided 6 pay slips, HO say i provided 3

In my view which I mentioned many times earlier that best solution might be sending a checklist of documents along/without covering letter because the application form doesn't have that bit. Yes I agree. It’s a must. Having said that my friend did all of that. Checklist, cover letter etc. There’s n...

Re: Spouse visa rejected, provided 6 pay slips, HO say i provided 3

I genuinely sympathise with you as well. This is very common now. One of my friend had exact same issue. Exact same excuse that 3 months payslips are missing. He reapplied and appealed at the same time. Appeals can take over a year. Four weeks after reapplying he received an email that your appeal h...

Re: Naturalisation residency confusion

Do we upload scans of passport sized photos as well? Both sides with names at the back? Or is that not a requirement for online naturalisation application?

Re: Naturalisation residency confusion

Thanks you CR001. This does clear up. I understand now as naturalisation doesn’t come under immigration rules. Confusion cleared.

Re: STATUS OF MY NATURALISATION APPLICATION

I don’t think you can track applications online anymore. I read somewhere here on the forum a comment by CR001 that the service was discontinued in December 2017. I believe you can email them or call them but others will confirm this.

PLEASE REMOVE YOUR DETAILS AS THIS IS A PUBLIC FORUM. THANKS.

Naturalisation residency confusion

I received my ILR BRP yesterday. I have found out via this forum that I'm eligible for Naturalisation straight away after being granted ILR as a spouse of BC after 5-year residency and I was just looking at the application form. Just wanted to know about 3-year residency period. Its strange that you...

Re: Adequate maintenance help needed ILR

Thank you everyone for your help. I applied via super priority service and was granted ILR the very next day. Less than 24-hours. Received BRP today. I met the requirement via 6-months employment route but also added adequate maintenance due to spouse receiving Carer's allowance. I didn't get the an...

Re: ILR unusual payslips situation

Hi guys,
Hopefully someone can answer the above query.
Could I also ask if they assume I don’t meet financial requirement does that mean I have to travel back or will I be given another 2.5-year visa?
