Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

got my BRP 1 month after the copra steria appointment, applied with Super Priority service. the phone escalations didn't work. i guess the only thing that helped was writing again to my MP and explaining him all the urgent points of my application. several days later the BRP was delivered. btw, i ha...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

did anyone receive a written response to the complaints complaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk after 20 working days? if yes, do they address your personal circumstances and provide any solutions? or is it a process similar to phone escalations (i.e. useless procedure without any results)?

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

May I ask how long did your MP take to respond to your email? I emailed my MP two days ago but still haven't heard back yet. Thanks! Good luck with your case. Totally agree this Home Office business model is absurd. My MP responded after 1.5 weeks only after escalating it with his office (his secre...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Will wait and update if I get anything. People have mentioned about escalating to HO ...how do you do that? Hope you will receive your decesion soon. If not, you may escalate via the UKVI phone number after 6 working days have passed since your biometrics appointment. But this "escalation" is one o...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Hi, I started a new post and it was been immediately locked. I understand reading through 112 pages is very hard and seriously saying the last 40 pages I’ve read there’s noone talking about the procedure for refund, so I don’t get it. Regards, Cara really happy to see so many of the 'old timers' ge...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I think it’s quite misleading when they use the words “Super Priority” & “24 hours” and charge us £600. Even the woman at the desk who checked the scans said we should get a reply within 24 hours which set our expectations. i think the £600 is the least of the problems. the worst things start with ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I’ve heard a person apply on Saturday after our appointment and got an email on a Sunday. I didn’t know they are working days for caseworkers. Our case should be straight forward and her previous spouse visa renewal was granted 2.5 years ago without any issues. one of my previous BRPs was issued on...

whats the application processing time if i choose 24 hours priority service
as for the processing time, i guess if you go through this thread, you will realize that the chance to receive the decision within 24 hours is not so high, looks like less than 50%

Visa application withdrawal without overstaying

Dear forum members I have applied in the UK for leave to remain before my valid leave expired (and this leave has now expired) and now I wish to withdraw this application and leave the UK due to abnormal decision delay in my case. I applied with the new ukvcas service, so my passport is with me. I a...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Hi Guys, I am filling online application for wife SET(M) visa and in the end application says - there are 2 options to submit application - existing service or new service I haven't submitted yet but wondering has anyone thought about using the existing service if thinking about standard processing...

Re: UKVCAS or Old Service?

there are only few ukvcas services that offer free appointments. and the available time slots could be in the middle of February. i think there is no way to know if there are available appointments until you pay for the service. or maybe they can tell you with their phone centre (£2.5 per minute).

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

If you don't hear within 24 hours in the vast majority of cases it means that the decision will be delivered by post. They rightly advise to wait 5 working days for the letter to arrive. my impression from this thread is that those who apply with the new service and attend ukvcas Copra Steria, firs...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Hi Passing_by, The wait is frustrating indeed. I have been waiting since 14 December. Have you got your decision yet? It would be great if you could share your timeline. Thanks. Hi, my ukvcas appointment for tier 2 extension was about three weeks ago with the super priority service. have been waiti...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Tomorrow noon is the 5-day mark for me, so hopefully, I receive good news tomorrow. Just trying to stay positive not only for myself but for everyone else waiting to hear. A rather random question, not sure anyone will know it, but what is the earliest and latest (time wise) that email communicatio...
