Re: Electronic letters

I assume you mean if one is to upload themselves? Last time we applied (January 19), we paid and took all documents with us (with wet signatures and stamps confirming authenticity etc)and they were scanned there and then at the priority (or super priority) service office. That worked for us at the t...

Re: Electronic letters

But just spotted that the thread you pointed me to was for Tier 2 visas... Assuming the same format evidence applies for family route?

(Hoping I've posted in the right place?)

Re: Electronic letters

Thanks Zimba, appreciate the input. After a but of frantic search did spot immigration rules 39B I think it was that talks about this being ok But it would have been nice for everything to be in one place, including caseworker guidance for family route so one wouldn't have to look in multiple places...

Electronic letters

Hello, Well the time has finally come to submit my wife's ILR application and of course a few last minute panics. The biggest concern we have right now is my wife's employer is not able to give us original letters or stamp the payslips for her application. Due to Covid no one is going back to the of...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Something that may be of interest, if only to show how random this process is. My wife got her BRP on Tuesday 5th, exactly 5 working days after the 24hrs after the appointment on the 28th Jan in London (so 6 working days). Yesterday (weds 6th Feb) we had a note from Royal Mail saying there was a let...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Can't seem to edit post so will post new as it may help.

On phone today UKVI said that they are still within their timeline. According to them 5working days start after the 24hr period to make a decision has ended. So technically, until tomorrow, they say they are within acceptable timeline.

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

My wife applied on 19th and also attended appointment for FLR(m) on 28th. Nothing yet. We phoned after 24hrs to be told that the decision is taken in 24hrs but to give 5working days to receive letter. That passed today and still nothing. Her current visa expires on 12th and, whilst we know her stat...
