Possibly yes but if ILE is granted, it should be refunded.
Thanks again. My daughter has been granted ILE now. Do I need to request for the IHS refund or will they process it automatically?

Re: Bringing a child born outside of UK (India) to parents , both on ILR

hi again

The processing of family visas is apparently very slow these days due to the Ukraine issue. Is there an option to bring the child to the UK using a visit visa and then apply for priority ILR from the UK? Please advise.

Kind Regards
Kurian

Re: Set(o) or Set (f)

Thank you for the very prompt response. My wife got the ILR in 2019. The intention then was to spread out the application cost and apply for our son later. I see that set (f) does not have the priority option, while set (o) does, so I will go for set(o). In terms of documentation set (f) asks for ...

My wife and I have ILR ( I was TIER 2 general and she was my dependent). We are looking to apply for ILR for our son (born in India), who is with us in the UK (TIER 2 general dependent). Would we apply for Set O or Set F ? Please advise.

Re: ILR for dependant

Thank you!

Last visa was issued in Dec 2019 , so do we attach a travel history showing travel made only since Dec 2019 ?

Re: Cohabitation documents not asked in the document check list

Thank you! In our case I already have the ILR and my wife alone is applying. Her last tier 2 extension was granted in Dec 2018. Does that mean we need to prove cohabitation only from Dec 2018 instead of for the last 2 years?
