These words truly means visa is issued. I applied on 25 Jan 2019 for 5 years Multiple entry visit visa. Got email on 28 jan 2019 says " Your UK visa application has been issued"...(Abu Dhabi) passport collected 31st jan 19.....All done in a week :lol: soooooo happpyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy :D Good luck to al...
