I am in exactly the same situation - got my CoA on 15/02 and nothing since. My husband is actually fully employed but we only had 1 pay slip because he started his job not long before I applied for the RC. I am also currently on a Tier 4 - expiring in May. Thank you so much for your help, in terms of entering the UK on the way back - so along with the return of my passport i also requested the return of my Tier 4 (which is still valid until May 2019) - presumably this is still okay to enter on? Or do you think they will only return my passport and not...

Hello everyone, I am currently living in the UK on a Tier 4 student visa (expiring in May 2019, my course finished in January 2019). I have made an application for the EEA Family Member Residence Card in the UK on the 31st of January (on the basis of my German husband working and studying in the UK)...
