Does anyone know if the Liverpool post office that offers Passport Express has 'spare' forms in case we have made a mistake on the ones we have completed?

Does anyone know about passport express service in Liverpool? If I use that service, do I need to get my documents countersigned or will the staff at the post office do it for me?

I applied online 5 October 2018 and had an email that documents were received on 9 October 2018. Applying through my irish born grandfather, should be straightforward.
