Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

though I just checked my status online and it now says 'There is no limit on how long you can stay in the UK!' Yesterday it still had my January 2020 date on it. I'm guessing this is good news and the wait is now over! No official email notification yet but hey at this point I will take what I can ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Did my biometrics on the 25th January and still nothing. I tried to call to escalate again (did one on the 7th Feb) this morning but was told that because I got a generic email saying I could get a refund, that is considered me getting an update on my application and that I now can't call back unti...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I received a letter from my MP that he has escalated the case to the UKVI MP's correspondence team (on 7th Feb) and has requested them to expedite the case. I made second escalation over UKVI helpline on 11th Feb and received standard email with '..aim to complete in 24 hours' rhetoric on 12th Feb....

May I ask what's the difference between srsukvacs@homeoffice.gov.uk and complaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk? Which one is better to email to escalate my ILR application which I paid for 24 hour super priority service? Already emailed my MP last night but still waiting for reply. I thought I'd send an e...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Hello Raj, Did you pay the fee for super priority or just standard service? What is the UKVI number that you used? Thanks, Ken https://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tier-2-employer-sponsored-visas/no-acknowledgment-email-or-no-update-after-biometric-t272000-100.html#p1741617 Hi Raj, Can u pls share ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

I think it’s quite misleading when they use the words “Super Priority” & “24 hours” and charge us £600. Even the woman at the desk who checked the scans said we should get a reply within 24 hours which set our expectations. i think the £600 is the least of the problems. the worst things start with ...

You definitely don't need to apply at the same time.
My wife and sone are still on PBS dependant. I plan to do my wifes ILR later on in the slow route. I had no issues cause of that.
Thank you so much for confirming this. I find my legal adviser is not so helpful giving us the wrong advice.

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Thank you for sharing your experience. So I guess it is not true that I need to apply for them at the same time? As your tier 2 has already been switched to ILR but your dependent (wife) can still stay on her current visa/BRP. Much appreciated!
