28-day Rule for Financial Documents

We submitted my partner's application yesterday, 11-Jun. Prior to submitting the application we made sure we had all our documents scanned and ready to upload, including employer letter, May payslip and bank statement to the end of May. The first available appointment with UKVCAS is 01-Jul, by which...

Re: Tier 5 to Partner Visa and Section 3c

Why not apply after you have traveled to keep it simple?? Thanks CR001. We're intending to travel again 11 weeks later. Re: Tier 5 to Partner Visa and Section 3c

We are in the process of putting together our application so we have everything ready to submit when we return from our holiday. I'm confused, with the new Sopra Steria arrangements, how we submit our supporting documents. We are both in the UK, so do we: 1. Scan our documents before the biometrics ...

Re: Tier 5 to Partner Visa and Section 3c

Thanks CR001.

We are sure we meet the conditions, but in the unlikely event his application is unsuccessful, how long would he have before having to leave the UK?

Tier 5 to Partner Visa and Section 3c

I am a British citizen and my partner is an Australian citizen in the UK on a Tier 5 Youth Mobility visa which expires in July. We have been together almost four years and living together since November 2016, initially in Australia before we both moved to the UK in 2017, so we intend to apply for hi...
