Re: EU PRE SETTLED GRANTED BUT I am now DIVORCEd PLEASE HELPPPPP

Unfortunately your status will be curtailed. The latest version of Curtailment guidance (version 17.0) describes cases like yours on page 24. It was released less than 10 days ago, that's why resolution center was not aware of it. ok so that will only happen after the divorce is final right? meanin...

Re: Non-EU applications for Settled and Pre-Settled status - Criteria and outcomes

Quick update guys. I've received my status approved as Pre-settled though system was showing will be eligible for settled status. Home office is right about my application as I've been married for less than 5 years. Feel free to ask anything about my application. BTW, I've applied on 31st of Januar...

Re: Settled status processing times

Hi all, Just a quick question. If someone already has a PR, does he still need to make a payment of £65 in the test phase ? Thanks Nope. Thanks! I was trying to apply today but app is unable to do the ID (non-eea BRP) check. It says “information not found”. Anyone experienced the same ? Thanks Yes....

You have the option to select what you are applying for, settled status or pre-settled status.
Based on your answers and HMRC history system will recognise how long have you been here and will offer Pre-settled status or settled one.

Re: Settled status processing times

Kamoe, Any update?? Nope. Nothing. Nada. Today is 4 weeks. It's bit annoying! They didn't give atime frame either. Most of the cases outcome was very fast But mine is not like most cases, is it? :P It is a bit annoying, but... there is absolutely no urgency. I'm still having some hope that if it's ...

Re: Settled status processing times

I have the feeling the HO don't know what to do with me. My EU partner and I applied through the app on Jan 21st, first him, then me, I included his application number in mine (linked them), and we both got informed our application would be considered for Settled Status. We both got CoA immediately...

Re: Non-EU applications for Settled and Pre-Settled status - Criteria and outcomes

Kamoe My one could be because of the device. But after sending them the BRP they have sent it back very fast. I think your case not about additional evidence It's all about systematic decision which is settled status and realistic is we aren't yet qualified for settled status. As I have mentioned ab...

Re: Non-EU applications for Settled and Pre-Settled status - Criteria and outcomes

Did you call to resolution center about your application? Why would I do that? I don't have any particular reason to contact them, for now. I called them as I had to sent my BRP! Cause app could not read the chip. They have send it back after checking but in online application it was still saying I...

Same happened to me! Let's hope for the best! How Long have you been married/living together for? Living together for 3.5 years. Re: Settled status processing times

I am bit confused about this! continuous qualifying period a period of residence in the UK: (a) which began before the specified date (or after that date where the person is a family member of a relevant EU citizen and was resident outside the UK at that date); and (b) during which none of the follo...

Re: Non-EU applications for Settled and Pre-Settled status - Criteria and outcomes

I'd like to build a picture of how Settled and Pre-Settled status criteria is applied to non-EU family members of EU citizens. There has been a lot of speculation in different topics, regarding maximum waiting time, and what exactly counts towards the 5 years to be granted Settled Status. Could any...
