I know of people who've had quick responses within 4 weeks with visas approved that were applied in the second half of 2021.

I would suggest getting in touch with your local MP again as Home Office by law have to respond to them.

Salaam,

As long as the Date of Divorce is before the Date of Nikkah, and the Divorce Certficate is registered with and issued by the Union Council, it is fine.

It does not matter if the Date of Issue is months or years later after the Date of Divorce.

On the printed Appendix 2 VAF 4A form, where it asks the question:
1.14 Is/was this an arranged marriage?
Tick "Yes" and add the wording "with our consent." after it.
