As a matter of fact I was planning to move and settle permanently in the UK but it was long term planning which is changed to short term planning due to the medical issue once I come to know that this movement will help my daughter.

What are you trying to achieve? British passports for the rest of your family whilst you are living and working in the Middle East with no intention of moving to the UK? I applied for British citizenship and yes Dawie was absolutely right, I got my citizenship as per the amendment of Act 1981.
