which form to use for spouse ILR? I have PR,

I have ILR. My spouse was initially on tier 1 dependant(4.5 years) and is now on Tier 2 General. Can my spouse apply for ILR using set(M) form as my dependant?

I know of people who have got the extension from the date their current leave expired. So it really depends on the case worker.

i think there is a flaw in the understanding of this person who has replied. For switching into teir 1 from hsmp, the visa will start from current hsmp expiry date.

you might need a notary signed affidavit to confirm that both are names of the same person. Wait for other member's opinion

You don't need to get xray done from your native country. You might be able to get away with it.

If you tell the HO which statement to use for which purpose, there should not be any such issue. As for your case, you might be able to ask them review your case once again because it was their mistake. But are both the bank statements listed on your document list? If yes, i think they will reconsid...

if you getting 105 points, you don't need a cover letter unless your case is convoluted and do apply before your current leave expires. It is better to apply atleast 5 weeks before current leave expires.

it is unfair to blame the rules when it is your own ignorance that results into such decisions. Who is to blame? you or the law? Please decide for yourself. Enough time is given for people to understand the changes in the laws and if even then people commit such mistakes, they are responsible and no...

Re: A query before leaving UK this month....

1) Is it wise to take a Matrix cellular connection in India and then travel to the UK, or should i take the connection in the UK itself. Nope. It is much cheaper to get a sim card here. 2) How many GBP should i take along, and in what form. Is it mandatory that i should take 2800 GBP as shown my ma...

Re: Current Processing Times - Help us to help you

What do you mean by "police verification"? How do you know that there was one? An officer had gone to my permanent address(as stated in passport). That is how I know it. He verified my photographs and confirmed that I was who I claimed I was. One point I forgot to add though is this, If your applic...

Instead of wasting time with agents, please read the application form carefully and guidance notes as well. There should be no need to use an agent since you are "high skilled".
