Re: Set(M) Refused - Applied too early

So probably the question I should ask is, are there lots of people, in your experience, who have ignored this offer and waited the extra months and did not get into problems. Should I advise the HO that I do not wish to take the offer and explain my intentions for the record, and if so, how can we ...

Re: Set(M) Refused - Applied too early

I’m aware of ur case.. you were eligible on the day of decision.. 22/01, decision 18th Feb. Just that you applied early n submit biometrics before 28 days. They refused reconsideration and you accepted the new visa- paid everything etc- you then sent a pap citing the guidance that you were the abov...

Re: Set(M) Refused - Applied too early

[ [/quote] LLR = limited leave to remain? ILR= indefinite leave to remain. You already had LLR..?! Did you end up getting ILR after “complaining” to HO? What was the process? Hi Jojo, I always believe you have a case. I did some research on Family Life (as a Partner or Parent):. please read below, you don't have to go through this 10-years nonsense Immigration Rules Appendix FM Family members Section E-ILRP: Eligibility for indefinite leave to remain as a partner https:...

Re: ILR refused for applying early - advise needed.

Re: ILR Premium Application

Have you had a refusal letter for ILR (not refusal for LLR as I have above) We were informed by an adviser that going by this letter they have only refused our LLR and could still be considering our ILR as we were told by a case worker he would look at it again when it was within the correct time f...

Re: ILR Premium Application

Oh wow. In the same shoes as well and I have until today to pay the fee. My letter said 500 pounds but on getting to the website it is 1000pounds. I was refused for applhing early and being forced down the 10 years route. I’m thinking of doing a judicial review because I believe the decision was unf...

Re: ILR Premium Application

Update on this one We just got a letter saying as you have not come back to us to pay surcharge on 10 year route we are treating your application as invalid and you can not appeal. Automatically generated or not we are giving up on the false hope of a good case worker taking over our application. I...

Re: Guidance on ILR application SET(M)

If you accept the FLR(FP) you can only apply for ILR after 10 years under FLR or 10 years under Long Residence Thanks for the info Zimba, unfortunately, I couldn't check the forum again as my deadline was up, to either accept the IHS or reject, so having spoke to the HO, I confirmed that we should ...

Re: ILR refused for applying early - advise needed.

I’m not sure how this new visa you’ll go on works.. Hopefully it doesn’t restart ur ILR clock. The letter should atleast tell you when you are eligible to apply for ILR. Judicial reviews are expensive too.. Currently you are an overstayer till you either file a new application TODAY or you accept t...

Applying for Further Leave to Remain instead of Indefinite Leave to Remain may put you on the ten year route.
I get it now. My best bet is to reapply and appeal later
