Hi all,
My tier 2 visa is assigned for 3 years.
If I change my employment right now, can I get a new tier 2 for 5 years? Or is it limited to the current time it is assigned?

Any one has any idea how long it takes to receive passports after the decision was made? We have taken priority service.

I called up the paid service to check status and they said the decision has been made for my family as well. But passports have not yet been sent back. Seems weird to me.
