I initially booked my appointment on dot 28 days from visa expiry but to avoid any confusion, i re-scheduled mine which will be 21 days from visa expiry.

2. i had calculated my stay from entry to UK to expiry of visa. I dont think your stated duration will cause any problem..

what was the duration between EC stamp and entry

What was the duration between current visa expiry and PEO appointment i.e. appointment was on dot 28 days or less than 28 days!

HI, Your list looks good to me, only thing i suggest is to include all the communication i.e. phone, email etc for before and after marriage, particulary if your partner is not in the UK. As my wife's dependent visa got refused today on similar ground i.e. we didnt submit any communication documents...
