Re: Recent payslip outside 28-days

Your supporting documents must be dated on or before the date you submit and pay online, which is the application date. Your biometrics appointment is irrelevant to this. If you choose to withdraw, you can reapply at any time, there is no exclusion period. Refunds can take many weeks though. You do...

Re: Recent payslip outside 28-days

Hopefully, I'm not annoying by bumping this. I just want to be sure based on people's experience that withdrawing is the best route for this scenario. If so, can I withdraw and request a refund and immediately reapply? A new issue arises if/when I withdraw and re-apply to include the September 27th ...

Re: Recent payslip outside 28-days

One follow-up question.

My BRP expires on 08-10-21.

Will submitting a withdrawal delay or impede me from applying again? I don't need to wait for a decision? Ideally, I'd like to apply again right away after submitting a withdrawal (if I have to).

Recent payslip outside 28-days

Hi there, I'm in a bit of a panic because I just submitted my application online on 26-09-21 and had everything ready to go. However, I worry I may have made a fatal error with my application: Application submitted: 26-09-21 Payslips released: 27-09-21 (and on the 27th of each month) Does this makes...

Re: IRL Set (M) - Travel in-between application and biometrics

Thank you both so much for your help/advice.

I will get everything ready but submit the application when I return.

IRL Set (M) - Travel in-between application and biometrics

Hi there, I've tried to find the answer to this but have read some unclear answers so I thought I'd take a shot. I've received some conflicting advice about if applications are or are not valid/official until your biometrics are submitted vs. when the application is submitted online (I know the home...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

So, as per advice from members of the forum, I've checked the 'Your right to work' Gov page and entered in my details. I have yet to receive and email or letter confirming or acknowledging my Super priority application. My first BRP deadline was April 6, 2019. I just went onto this site and it said ...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Sorry, by submitted application I actually meant I enrolled my biometrics and application was submitted by Sopia Sera.

No email or info from HO.

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Submitted application 2x days ago expecting a 24hr response but so far nothing. How many days should one wait before escalating? 5 business days?

So stressful.

Re: Travelling after online application but before appointment

I also realise that in relation to this, I answered: 'When did you first enter the UK?' as my student visa entry date in 2013 vs. the start date for my FLR M in 2016 (I've been living continuously here since 2013 between student, YMS and FLR M). If that is wrong, can I fix this at the appointment or...

Re: Travelling after online application but before appointment

Sorry, I meant to add to ask about whether I'd really report a lost old passport that expired long before my FLR M time period from 2016? I can't even find any relevant information for reporting old passports as usually, it's about losing current passports. Is this not something I could explain to t...

Re: Travelling after online application but before appointment

Thanks so much, Seagul and everyone for their help. Apologies, I've got another issue, a few days before my super priority/biometric appointment, and as I'm uploading my documents online. It's related to this topic of travel. Context for this question: - Moved to the UK in 2013 as a student, then s...

Re: Travelling after online application but before appointment

Thanks so much everyone, for the help, I just realised, that I of course, submitted all of my travel history but won't have been able to have put this week's work trip in the application I made last week, since the trip was booked after I submitted my online application. Will that be an issue? Thanks.

Re: Travelling after online application but before appointment

My wife went to her non-priority appointment at a Sopra Steria centre last week and they took a scan of her passport and her biometrics. They returned her passport and nor did they check any of her original documents (we scanned them online beforehand) Therefore could you actually travel even after...

Travelling after online application but before appointment

Hi there, I've searched this forum but haven't seen a topic quite similar to this. My current FLR M expires on April 9th. I have submitted my online application for FLR (M) extension after having completed 2.5 years. Submitted my application today (March 6th) however my premium Sopia Seria appointme...
