Getting pre settled means no need to submit so many evidence while applying for PR card and obviously it makes life so easier. You need to wait as you can’t apply for now, you have to wait until schme opens fully for everyone. If you got a valid Residency card on the passport or biomatric card then you may Only get confirmation via email However if non Eu family member doesn’t have any biomatric card then he should be issue...

Hi Mate, you don’t need to submit proof for your ex wife as this has already been sent when you were issued residency card, and if should have received a letter from HO confirming retain rights of residency along with your residency stamp.

Yes you can certainly apply under this scheme if you have a valid bomatric card on the basis of retain rights if you don’t have a card you have to wait until the scheme opens fully. I have a retain rights and applied for pre settled status

From date of marriage -
Date of marriage to my EU spouse 05/10/2014 so I will be eligible for settled status on the 05/10/2019, hope this makes sense 😊
