I got ilr settled status.
Jan 2018 to nov 2018 was in employment with income 18600.
Nov 2018 to till now self employed earning monthly 3500£.
Can i apply for spouse visa??

Non eu hold brc after devorce on retain roghts base.
If i apply settled status,
Home Office require ex id and proof of residence
Or just mine will be enough?
I devorced in 2015
So no contact with ex anymore
