Re: Dependent Visa - Maintenance requirement

Yes, I am preparing for worst case scenario which is rejection by starting the 90 days from this month. By the time the current application get processed it will be around three months, I will re-apply again if they reject the current application. I rather lose the visa fee (IHS is refunded) then lo...

Re: Dependent Visa - Maintenance requirement

It expires this month, I do have the amount £1260 but not in bank statement for 90 days.

Does the amount needs to be there and not withdrawn through out the 90 days ?

Re: ILR - Questions

Thanks CR001.

So I will have to follow the MN1 form for the child UK born ?

As for the other child, I will renew the dependent visa for another 2 years with his mother so he complete his 5 years then apply for ILR.

Re: ILR - Questions

I've applied for the ILR on 2nd (priority services) and was granted last Friday. Thank you for your support.

I have two children, one born outside of the UK and one born in the UK. As I understand I can apply for naturalisation to become British citizen right ?

Re: ILR - Questions

CR001 :
The rules have changed since that topic in 2014. They changed in January 2018.

What are the new rules ?

Also, I have another question :
- My bank account is HSBC, Can I use the original letter headed from the bank ?

Re: ILR - Questions

In the application the question : When did you first enter the UK?

My visa issue date was 30/04/2014 and I entered UK 09/06/2014. What should I put there ?

Re: ILR - Questions

From the date submitted online or the date of attending the super priority to submit the documents ? - I am working for the same employer for a year and few months (started last November), Does this mean I only...

Re: ILR rejected and applying again

I am about to apply soon and wanted to add my IETLS that was expired and used to grant my entry when I applied for Tier 2 visa 4 years ago.

Your post make me change my mind and try to get the IETLS B1 if possible. Can you please tell us what is your route to get to ILR ?
