I am in the final stages and Last Page of the Online Application Form for naturalization. I cannot see any option of Sopra Steria, I can only see the standard Option charging me £1349.20/- please can someone guide me how I can select Sopra Steria ?

Yes , I did receive the refund without cancelling the application. They simply sent me an email and I checked after a week or so and the money was back in my account.
What is the update on your side, did you get the money back ? have you applied again

I would suggest to send Life in Uk test Original and rest send Attested Colour Copies

Unfortunately, no update from anyone so far. The UKVI contact center contacted me saying they can't help me and once the Payment is made it can't be refunded. They have advised me to send my Original documents to Homeoffice as they can;t change my application type. So i will take the risk to sending...

Hi Please could you let me know as i am in a similar situation

Unfortunately i don't see the option ;( i am very upset and not sure what to do. I have tried calling the Nationality service guys but they said home office will get in touch with me in 3-5 days.

Please if anyone has gone through a similar scenario i would be grateful.
