Passport is not yet mailed back, decision is made

Good day everyone, I applied for a Tier 2 visa last 14 August in VFS Manila. I called the UKVI last 6 September for an update and they told me a decision has been made. I sent an e-mail to VFS Global Customer Care and they told me if I was told a decision has been made and I haven't heard from them,...

Re: Tier 2 - Incorrect IELTS Certificate

Just a correction I believe you can use either IELTS UKVI Academic/General Training for a Tier 2 visa application given that you get a CEFR B1 score "Please note that both General and Academic Training modules are accepted. The CEFR requirement for each skill must be met." From: https://www.ielts.or...

Applied for Tier 2 visa on COS expiry day

Good day everyone, I made my Tier 2 visa appointment at the visa centre yesterday August 14. The visa payment was made by my employer last August 13. COS expiry is August15. My questions are: 1. Was the visa application considered as the date of the visa payment? 2. Does it matter if my COS is expir...

Re: August 2019 Restricted COS - PLS DO NOT POST VISA APP RELATED QUESTIONS HERE!!!

This is written on the month of June's allocation "*Applications received from 2 June 2019 required a minimum points score of 40 to be successful" Is this just for the month of June? Or does it mean from 2nd June onwards? Havin gone through that thread I can very well see people below 40 points rec...

Re: Withdrawn and Issuing new COS?

Correct, it does say that. Why are you not able to apply before the RCoS expires? The agent and the HR are took so long to advise me regarding visa preparations such as documents, etc. I have been ready with everything since last week and just waiting for them to confirm that I can apply for visa s...

they have to reapply to HO for the monthly allocation meeting.

That's bothersome then as the allocations of RCOS page in the HO website says minimum required points after 2 June 2019 will have to be 40. Thanks

Withdrawn and Issuing new COS?

Good day I was assigned an RCOS and it will expire this month. My HR said to not worry as they will withdraw the current COS and issue me a new COS if I can't apply for visa by the deadline. Does this mean they have to reapply for a new COS in the coming month? Or can they assign me a new COS using ...

My employer said they applied for me on 27th February however at the last week of March, they informed me there's no update yet. I haven't heard from them until now. Can anybody give me an idea what's happened? I don't think think there's a rollover from March to April?
