This is not exactly the status of the application but you can monitor your right to work, which may get updated once your status changes.

Thanks CR001! I thought that it would only withdraw the application for ILR and will not effect the current leave. So looks like the only Option I have is to wait and if the decision does not comes before December. I should withdraw the application and then travel as it wont effect the current leave...
