I mailed a notarized copy of my driver's license to DFA the first week of August to prove my new address (I moved to a different state since I applied for FBR in 2018). I called last week and they confirmed they updated my address in their system. When I asked, the operator couldn't say for certain ...

I wonder why DFA doesn't require Apostille certificates for all vital records submitted in the FBR application.
